Serving the Chicagoland Suburbs in Illinois, Beechen has quickly became a top producer at her brokerage and in her market.<\/span><\/p>\nEach year, REALTOR\u00ae Magazine selects 30 outstanding young real estate professionals that strive for excellence in their field to the 30 Under 30 class. Hundreds of real estate agents and brokers applied while only 50 were chosen to go to the public for voting. One of the applicants moves forward from the public voting, while the other 29 are chosen by judges. <\/span>The final <\/span>30 young professionals selected will be featured in the May-June issue of REALTOR\u00ae Magazine.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cMegan Beechen is a great example of the hard work, dedication and success we strive for in all our Executives,\u201d said Patrick van den Bossche, president of Realty Executives International. \u201cWe are extremely proud of Megan for being an Executive influencer and representing Realty Executives alongside other top professionals in real estate.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n Beechen started her real estate career in Illinois immediately after graduating with her marketing and real estate degrees from DePaul University. Since then, she has shown her passion, dedication and persistence on her journey to becoming a multi-million dollar office producer. Beechen has been a Top Executive at Realty Executives Elite for the last five years and has been awarded Realty Executives Great Lakes Region \u201cMost Valuable Executive\u201d for 2018.
