2017 has been an eventful year for Edmonton-area real estate experts Steve and Darlene Reid, who opened Realty Executives Vision <\/a>this summer and celebrated with a Grand Re-Opening event in the fall. Realty Executives International caught up with the powerhouse pair as they set their sights on expansion and look ahead to the New Year.<\/p>\n It\u2019s been a whirlwind of activity, that\u2019s for sure! We\u2019ve been spending a lot of time talking to real estate professionals who are curious about our office. It\u2019s been gratifying to hear so many of them say that they are glad Realty Executives is maintaining a strong presence in Edmonton. And yes, a lot of them have expressed interest in joining our team. As a result of our Grand Re-Opening, we’ve hired new Executives and look forward to growing our team.<\/p>\n Our office takes Realty Executives\u2019 approach to real estate seriously \u2013 offering leading-edge technology and support with lower fees. This is attractive for those who are motivated and entrepreneurial because there is more of a payoff for the effort they put in. We don\u2019t just want a brokerage with a lengthy roster, we\u2019re focused on creating a centre of real estate excellence.<\/p>\n We anticipate spending the next year \u201cgetting the word out\u201d about the incredible value and experience we can offer as a Realty Executives franchise. \u00a0While we look to dramatically multiply our agent count, we\u2019ll focus on upholding our promise of providing expertise and superior service to our agents – investing in them, always.<\/p>\n It was definitely a success! \u00a0People kept stopping by throughout the event and it was fascinating to talk to them and hear about their interest in Realty Executives. \u00a0Many of them were GLAD that Realty Executives was going to be here for a long time, even if they had no plans to leave their current brokerage. \u00a0Being part of a brand and a team that engenders that kind of industry respect was gratifying for us. We were proud. Just that simple. Proud of being a part of such a respected brand with an international footprint. We wore our colours with pride! \u00a0Building positive and productive relationships with more of our fellow industry members was a happy byproduct of our event.<\/p>\n We were so grateful that Alysia Heun, Vice President of Franchise Services for Realty Executives International joined us. She was BUSY, with many people hoping to learn more about the brand.<\/p>\n We are going to host additional social evenings to dine, talk shop, and share insights. We will also be hosting educational sessions for industry members. \u00a0Our leadership team brings expertise that can benefit others, and we\u2019re ready to share our experience and knowledge.
