Realty Executives Middle TN recently opened a new office in Clarksville, Tennessee. Clarksville is one of the fastest growing cities in America, and the <\/span>Economic Development Council<\/span><\/a> indicates that it is also one of the top 10 cities for first time home buyers, the top city for millennials, and the best place in the country to retire.<\/span><\/p>\n

Broker\/Owner Diane Martin and her spouse and co-owner Jason Martin will be leading the team. Jason, a veteran of the US Army, will be doubling up as the recruiting manager. \u201cQuality of service, honesty, loyalty, understanding, accountability and creativity are what make us so very different from the average real estate team,\u201d shares Diane Martin.<\/span><\/p>\n

The office celebrated their launch by holding a grand opening and <\/span>ribbon cutting ceremony<\/span><\/a> earlier this summer. \u201cIt was a great turnout. The Clarksville Chamber of Commerce presided over the ceremony, and popcorn, hotdogs, drinks, and desserts were given out, along with goody-bags for all who attended,\u201d says Amanda Vasquez, closing coordinator and office manager at Realty Executives Middle TN.<\/span><\/p>\n

The bilingual franchise will be able to assist families in both English and Spanish, with their agents specializing in new construction, custom-built homes, resale, foreclosures, first-time home buyers, moving up, downsizing, land and commercial properties. Located just minutes from the 101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell, Kent., their agents also will be able to cater to the military community. \u201cWe have considerable experience helping military families relocate from all over the world,\u201d adds Vasquez.<\/span><\/p>\n

Realty Executives Middle TN currently has eight agents focused on both buyer and seller needs. The agents <\/span>will service Clarksville, Nashville and surrounding areas.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to <\/span>Realtor.com<\/span><\/a>, Clarksville has a population of 275,142 people. The median listing price of homes in this area is $174,900, with houses staying on the market for an average of 64 days.<\/span><\/p>\n
