Realty Executives International has signed its newest brokerage in Edmonton, Alberta welcoming 15 new real estate agents as its Executives. Led by Darlene Reid and Steven Reid, Rock Point Realty will be known as Realty Executives Vision. Darlene and Steven built their brokerage of 15 agents into a distinct powerhouse by offering buyers and sellers cash back and flat rate listings, coupled with unparalleled personal service and Edmonton real estate expertise.
Rick Pena, a 25-year real estate veteran, has left his position of Associate Broker at Keller Williams Realty to join the Realty Executives network. Pena is launching Realty Executives California Coast, a new brokerage with almost 10 agents.
“When I was looking to find a real estate company that could provide the support that I needed, Realty Executives was the obvious choice. I remembered Realty Executives from back when I was in the title business – I liked the brand and the agents who worked there were very productive. Realty Executives’ CEO David Tedesco and I are also very much on the same page in terms of where the real estate industry is going, so Realty Executives was a natural fit for us,” says Pena.
Former high-volume RE/MAX Broker Sal Calabrese is leading the launch of the newest major addition to the Realty Executives system, Brooklyn-based Realty Executives Metro. According to Calabrese, a 36-year veteran on the NYC real estate scene, the move was a strategic one.
Realty Executives Middle TN recently opened a new office in Clarksville, Tennessee. Clarksville is one of the fastest growing cities in America, and the Economic Development Council indicates that it is also one of the top 10 cities for first time home buyers, the top city for millennials, and the best place in the country to retire.
Wasaga Beach, a resort town in Simcoe County, Ontario, Canada, is the latest addition to the Realty Executives International family. Adding to Realty Executives On the Bay Ltd. offices in Midland, Tiny, and Wyevale, Broker/Owner Grace Kidd believes that Wasaga Beach is a key business location.
“Our brokerage will not only serve the real estate needs of Wasaga Beach and the surrounding community, but it will expose our brand to the many tourists who visit from other regions,” Kidd says.
Tourism is recognized as a major industry in the town, which attracts over one million visitors every year according to the Wasaga Beach Chamber of Commerce. “Our quality of life and safe, friendly community has attracted a steady stream of new residents and seasonal dwellers over the years. We are proud of our community and delighted to share it with our many visitors throughout the year,” comments Mayor Brian Smith.
Realty Executives has expanded to Waukesha, Wisconsin. The new office, Realty Executives Southeast, marks the 17th Realty Executives office in the state and will serve the communities of southeastern Wisconsin, with a focus on Waukesha County.
The grand opening was celebrated in style, with an open house and a ribbon cutting ceremony. “The City of Waukesha Chamber of Commerce, Mayor Shawn Reilly, owners Joe and Shelley Gallamore, our Executives and staff, and some key players who really helped with the process of opening the business were on hand to cut the ribbon” according to Realty Executives Southeast Brokerage Manager Debbie Giese. She added that over 100 people attended the event, including clients, business partners and friends.
