Pam Vreeland Named 2023 Realtor® of the Year
On November 1st, Pam Vreeland, a Sparta, New Jersey Realtor® with Realty Executives Exceptional Realtors®, was named Realtor® of the Year. The award was announced at Farmstead Golf & Country Club during the annual breakfast meeting of the Sussex County Association of Realtors®.
Candidates for the award were considered based on Realtor® spirit, involvement in local, state, and national associations, business accomplishments, community service, and humanitarian services.

In a heartwarming ceremony that celebrated the spirit of community and generosity, Suzanne Treudt of Realty Executives Premiere (Wheaton, Illinois) was recently honored with the esteemed Good Neighbor Award by Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS®. This accolade is a testament to Treudt’s unwavering commitment to continually improving local communities through philanthropic efforts.
As part of Treudt’s recognition, Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS® donated $3,000 toward Canine Companions, her charity of choice. Canine Companions aims to train service dogs so that clients and dogs can live with a greater degree of independence. The group provides service dogs to adults, children, and veterans with disabilities, free of charge. Additionally, Canine Companions trains facility dogs intended to work in healthcare, criminal justice, or educational settings.

For 19 years, Realty Executives of Flagstaff has participated in a charity event near and dear to their hearts, Climb to Conquer Cancer. With the next event slated for August 19th, the team is lacing up their boots with a goal to outpace the competition when it comes to raising funds.
The Climb to Conquer Cancer is one of many activities associated with the American Cancer Society. The climb is designed to unite the community to honor cancer survivors, spread the word about reducing cancer risk, and to raise money to help the organization save lives. The hike takes place at Arizona Snowbowl Ski Resort, with two challenging routes ranging from 5.5 miles to 10 miles.

As a young university student, Realtor® Micah Pelster was unusually clear eyed in determining that entrepreneurship was meant for him. Despite taking part time studies at MacEwan University, it was time for him to break into the real estate industry. He decided to start his business and begin making a name for himself.

When Realtor® Lynda Brookshire shares her tagline “Live your best life at the Alabama Gulf Coast,” she is thinking beyond real estate and relocating to sandy shores. Along with helping clients find their dream home, she is dedicated to letting the community know that health is wealth. Her friends and family tease that “she is gonna get you a house or get you a kidney…or both.”
Brookshire and her husband, Loyd, moved to Gulf Shores in October 2017. After a series of health challenges that landed Loyd in the hospital multiple times within a span of two years, Brookshire realized it was her mission to increase awareness for Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), organ donation, and the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle. She believes sharing their experience can help others give, receive, or maximize the gift of life.
