Born and raised in small towns throughout Saskatchewan before moving to Edmonton in the summer of 1990. After trying out a few areas in the city, I ended up choosing to settle into North Edmonton in 1998. I have witnessed tremendous growth that has transformed this area into a hub of opportunity. While my wife and I have raised two (almost) grown sons, I have become very familiar with the fantastic communities and opportunities Edmonton and the surrounding areas provides including intimate knowledge of schools, sports associations, community events, and entertainment in addition to property types and values, pricing, zoning, transportation, taxation, and other building requirements. As a dedicated Edmonton Oilers and Eskimos fan, I may be a little bias to the city and what it has to offer.
Obtaining my Business Management Diploma from the University of Alberta and spending over 20 years in Customer Service and sales environments have provided the crucial opportunities to gain the experience and knowledge necessary to truly understand and help clients satisfy their needs. Many clients whether from the perspective of a new home buyer, a senior, or an investor, have become friends through the process while knowing my experience and credentials facilitated achieving their real estate goals. I believe continued growth and learning are critical to providing exceptional service. Continuing to participate in regular training and by obtaining advanced certifications such as ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), SRS (Sellers Representative Specialist), and RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), are all part of my promise to provide service excellence. Maintaining real estate contacts, a social media presence, and staying up to date with new technology also allows me to stay relevant in the current real estate market.
My passion is working hard and helping people, that is what encouraged me to become a Real Estate Professional. Understanding real estate diversity and service excellence through dedicated accessibility and constant communication should limit the stress that is often felt when making the largest purchase of your life.
