Roger Higle - Biography

This is my third career! Began in TV news business as a news writer and editor for NBC. Entered real estate after a 20+ year career in corporate marketing and communications with industry leading companies including AT&T, Weyerhaeuser, Russell Investments (now owned by London Stock Exchange Group) and Allied Irish Banks.

 

Agent in Tucson AZ 2000-2007, and later in Prescott AZ area (Prescott Area Association of Realtors) 2012 to present, with Keller Wiliams and now with Realty Executives Northern Arizona

 

As an agent have listed and sold properties from $80K to $900K in value. In Tucson, formed a small sales team with a partner that moved into the top 5% in the city in units sold.

 

Agent Course Developer/Writer for Keller Williams Realty International, Austin TX 2007-2011. Courses written and co-written included Seller Mastery, Internet Lead Generation, Listing Short Sales, Listing REO, and IGNITE (an introductory series of classes and exercises in 17 parts focused on newer agents starting a business)

 

Leadership Team Member for two Keller Williams franchises, in Tempe AZ and then in Prescott AZ 2012-2015. Lead responsibilities training/mentoring, recruiting, new agent intake/orientation, and daily agent services.

 

As Director, Business Development, since 2015 now co-lead a newer agent training and coaching program "Success Track" for Realty Executives Northern Arizona (RENA). It carries a maximum 20 agents at any point in time, with a not-to-exceed 12 month/5 closings commitment to support them in every phase of their emerging business. My main focus in this program is agent business development coaching.

I serve Prescott AZ, and the surrounding communities of Prescott Valley, Dewey Humboldt, and Chino Valley as a member of Prescott Association of Realtors.
