HI, I am Randy Crossley with Realty Executives. How did I get here and why would you want me as a Realtor?
Several years ago I decided I wanted to create an exit strategy from a long career working in the corporate world. With over thirty years of sales experience and customer facing activities, I realized that I get most of my fulfillment out of working directly with clients, meeting them face-to-face, and assisting them in realizing their goals. I wanted a career that allowed me to stay focused on building relationships and work closely with my clients. But most important, I wanted a role that would give me the opportunity to help others achieve their dreams. Being a Realtor seemed like the perfect opportunity!
I especially wanted to work with first-time homebuyers, as I can remember my first experience clearly. It was one of the most fun, stressful, exciting, and trying things I ever went through. Having a knowledgeable and experienced Realtor that I could trust to ease this process was critical. As I started down this new path of my journey, I realized another demographic that might need some extra help in this area. Seniors! Many people in this demographic may not have gone through the process of buying or selling a home for twenty or thirty years, so they might experience similar concerns as a first-time homebuyer. Imagine how much things have changed since then? So with that thought, I decided to pursue an additional certification to complement my existing credential. I am now a fully certified "Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES)". What does having an SRES certification mean to you? It means I am prepared to assist those 50 years of age and older with specific needs, such as downsizing, relocation, retirement, reverse mortgages, and transitions to Assisted Living facilities. I am completely networked to help in all these areas and I like to say that I am a “full-service Realtor”. These are not just words. It’s my motto!
I must say, I love it! I am fortunate to have connected with Barbara Kerr of Realty Executives in Fullerton. Working with Barbara Kerr has allowed me to quickly grow my knowledge of real estate as she has over thirty years of experience as a broker/agent. We work with both buyers and sellers and carry out our fiduciary responsibility to all clients, seeing to it that they are educated throughout the process, from the beginning of the transaction through the close of the sale. And, most importantly, we ensure that each client is one hundred percent satisfied with their transaction. I also have an extensive IT background, which allows me to utilize all of today's latest technology to help assist both buyers and sellers attain their goals as quickly as possible.
