I have been working with clients in helping them build their dream homes since 1995. First with new home builder Allen Builders and then Joseph Douglas Homes. I obtained my license in order to support our many spec homes that needed to be sold. Over the years we have built over 400 homes for families in the Greater Milwaukee area.

In 2004 when the building market started it's decline, I turned to helping all local builders and their customers with their land search needs, launching New Homes Wisconsin, LLC. This also now serves as the web site for our real estate practice. As time have changed it has become less a resource for home building and more a resource for customers searching for existing homes. We have also launched our Facebook marketing site.

My wife Lynn is also with Realty Executives and has been one of the areas most knowledgable agents when working with existing home buyers and sellers and has a vast degree of expertise dealking with residential real estate development and condo projects. Lynn has owned several real estate companies over her 23 year career starting with Re/Max then an independent firm and lastly a Realty Executives franchise.
