Transitioning from a successful career in corporate marketing, sales and service with an international automotive company, Kim pivoted into her residential/income property real estate sales business.

With an MBA in marketing and human resources, along with strong left brain tendencies, Kim brings objective and critical thinking to her real estate business, where financial analysis and number crunching aids her clients decision making processes.
As well, over the years, Kim’s active membership in REIN (Real Estate Investment Network) and LPMA (London Property Management Association), along with investing in a variety of income properties herself, has provided her with a solid mix of innovative ideas and understanding that has contributed to her skills as a real estate investment property advisor for her like minded clients. Away from her full time real estate business, Kim relishes in continual learning/reading on a wide variety of interests. Being a vegetarian has come to assist her in her health goals. Kim and her husband Richard have one son, Matthew, who works in Silicon Valley, California as a software engineer. Yup... super proud parents. As a family, they've taken up scuba diving to explore the world from a new perspective.
