Along with the experience of preparing Comparative Market Analysis (CMA’s) for Buyers and Sellers, I have professional “Market Valuation” experience preparing hundreds of Valuations for National Banks and Asset Managers like Clear Capital, Core Logic, and Goodman Dean. These companies and clients rely on my professional opinion of what a property is worth.

Pro-Active Marketing

  • Submit your home to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). All major company websites (Realty Executives, Shorewest, First Weber, Realtor.com, Zillow, etc.) download from the MLS. MLS is the source.
  • Price your home in the correct range based on competing listings, recent past sales, implied appreciation rate, and assessed-to-sale ratio data based on your municipality, neighborhood, and price range.
  • Develop a list of features for use on the MLS (and other websites that upload from MLS), Smartphone’s, and other agents working with buyers.
  • Email marketing to the agents that have or had listings and/or sales in the past in your area and price range.
  • Update you on all the new listings, price adjustments, and sales in your area and price range until we sell your home.
  • Professional Yard Sign with Texting Capabilities and Caller ID so I can be reached quickly when interest is high! All go to me, the Listing Agent.
  • Follow-up with all showings agents to find positive and negative thoughts of buyers so we can adjust accordingly and additional follow-up with past showing agents when adjustments are made to the property.
