I grew up in Minneapolis, MN. the oldest in a family of 8. This position in my family taught me to be patient, responsible, a Teacher, a good negotiator & Sensitive to the needs of others from a very early age. I graduated from St Margaret's Academy & went on to the University of Minnesota where I graduated with a BA in Social Work & Psychology.
My job experience is diverse, but seems to be the perfect background for my Real Estate Career. I worked in a Group Home where I counseled "delinquent" teens in St Paul, MN, after I Graduated from the U MN in Social Work; I've worked as Manager/Floral Designer in a Floral Shop, when I 1st arrived in Tucson in 1973; I've worked as a Designer selling Furniture, Draperies, Floor Coverings, & Custom Window Coverings for 9 years till I got my Real Estate License.
I'm extremely grateful to be a Breast Cancer Survivor since 1986 & that as a Single Mother I raised 2 wonderful Sons who attended District 16 schools, where I was an active Parent Participant.
I've lived in the Catalina Foothills since before La Paloma existed, designed & built my own home there, so I have broad knowledge & much experience in the area.
I've been a Tucson Resident since 1973 (before there was a bridge over the Rillito River at Craycroft & Tanque Verde was still a dirt road) &
I've worked as A Full-time Realtor® throughout the Tucson Valley since 1992.
