Cheryl Grither

I am a very hardworking Sales Agent who has been with Realty Executives Five Star Homes since its inception in 2014, and

have brought 16 years of veteran experience to the company.  I was born and raised in Ste. Genevieve County.  I am 

intimately familiar with Ste. Genevieve and the surrounding areas, especially the current market conditions and climate.  

I have worked in this region throughout my career and as such have built strong relations with every possible service a

home-buyer/seller needs.  Clients have described me as hard-working, trustworthy, understanding of their wants and 

knowledgeable about the complexities of buying and selling.  I have never passed on transaction or hidden fees to my clients,

and strive to make the home buying/selling process as affordable and enjoyable as possible.
