Charles Natali - Biography

I am diversified Real Estate Professional who is a member of SCAR Sussex County Association of Realtors, NJAR New Jersey Association of Realtors, NAR national Association of Realtors, and been in this profession since the Spring of 2000. The designations that I carry are SFR Short Sale Foreclosure Resource Specialist Certification, and The Fair Housing Education Workshop.

My expertise is in Listing, Marketing Preparation, Staging and Presentation of Clients Residence, Business or Commercial property maximizing on the highlights and features that a property possessess. The areas that I cover are Sussex, Morris, Passaic, Warren, Bergen, Essex, Hunterdon and Somerset Counties.

Before becoming a Real Estate Professional I gained vast knowledge and experience over the past forty years in Retail Sles, Marketing, Food and Beverage Industry, Facilities Management, Corporate Purchasing, Moving and Storage industry, which gave me great self taught knowledge and training in the fundamentals of preparing and staging a home for marketing presentation.

I possess a proven record of reliability and responsibility in making sure my clients are abreast of all the ups and downs of this very difficult marketing and sales season that we are in.
