Hi I'm Carol-Anne Schneider,
I have a passion for people and property. When I was growing up, Real Estate was a household word, my father built his career as a Site Superintendent and literally built many of the buildings around town from the ground up! Construction boots, hard hats and blue prints were all items that I became familiar with at a very young age! When I met my husband, he followed in my father's footsteps and also specialized in high rise construction.
In 1986 I decided to embark on a career in Real Estate. I had been working as a real estate secretary and was inspired to get my license. I graduated from The Ontario Real Estate College with my Real Estate License. The transition from secretary to Realtor was natural for me, and ever since I have been successfully matching buyers and sellers. I specialize in residential resale homes within the Greater Toronto Area including: Brampton, Bolton, Burlington, Downtown Toronto, Etobicoke, Caledon, Caledon East, Georgetown, Halton Hills, Mississauga, Oakville, Orangeville and surroudning areas.
In 1995 after our son was born my husband Brian, hung up his "hard hat" and decided to leave the high rise construction business and open his own contracting company. Today he runs a successful home renovation business. Often our clients overlap and I can't tell you how helpful it is to have my own live in contractor ready to come to the aid of my customers!
I believe that Real Estate is really all about creating lifestyles. I thrive when I'm helping my clients find their dream home in a community they love!

Home Staging! I love home styles and designs, over the years I have been in thousands of homes. I have a flare for what works and what doesn't. I love to stage my clients homes and I have an inventory of the latest and greatest pictures, bedding, cushions and nick nacks that are sure to aid in getting you top dollar. It's amazing what a little sorting and staging can do for a property. Statistics show that a staged home sells quicker and for more money than an unstaged home. Trust me when your home is on the market you don't want to be sitting 3 months down the road and 110 showings later. We all know, "First Impressions Count", let's make your home showcase from day one so that you can enjoy the benefits of a higher value thanks to my fluffy white towels and flare!
