What I hope sets me apart from the other agents in the Valley of the Sun is tremendous knowledge of my business, compassion for my clients and a work ethic that is driven to meet THEIR needs, not mine. Aside from being available to my clients as a resource, I recognize that after every sale, they and their family are the ones that ultimately live with their decision. My goal is to make sure that I help them gather all the knowledge they need to make sure they’ve made the best possible decision to achieve their goals. It's different for each client.
My 12+ year career in real estate has spanned the very best and worst of our markets. I navigated the housing bust with a very healthy business & have seen more wacky scenarios than many agents see in a lifetime. As a result, I can plan appropriately to circumvent pitfalls, maximize my clients' opportunities and make sure they come out on top. I'm also more likely to spot red flags long before they become deal-breakers. That alone is worth its weight in gold- ask my previous clients. It's my goal to know as much as possible about all of the pieces of the process to be a valuable asset. I aim for my clients to finish each transaction feeling as if they couldn't have done it without me!
Yes, there are other professionals who are part of this process, but by helping my clients screen and navigate each milestone, and working to keep everyone on task for THEM, they end up with a better experience and higher satisfaction. My knowledge and relationships span the lending process, title search, inspections/repairs and transition processes- and beyond. That being said, though I have many partnerships & established relationships, I don’t pressure my clients to use them. If they have someone you prefer, or a highly-recommended referral, great! My goal is to give my clients what they want. When dealing with what may be their largest asset, they shouldn’t feel bad about making decisions their way. Mind you, if I see a client making a choice that may hurt them in the long run, I'll provide them information to ensure the have the info they need to make the best choice possible.
I have business degree from the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, VA, one of the top schools in the US. It's coupled applicable career experience & success in project management, marketing and advertising. I'm highly capable of negotiating, crunching numbers, devising strategies & and leading my clients to success!
