Brooks Humphreys - Biography

Brooks focuses on working with real estate investors to help them make the best possible single family, multi-family and commercial investments. With the many relationships he has developed with banks and industry personnel, Brooks has access to off-market opportunities that the casual investor may not be able to obtain. He uses his specialized knowledge to help his clients make investments that will meet their goals.

A licensed Realtor since 2009, Brooks became part of The Beckett Team in 2013. He has a BA in marketing from The Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business.

Brooks was a real estate investor for 10 years, and developed expertise in property rehab and construction management. He also has an extensive background in sales and marketing, and has built and led corporate sales teams.

At The Beckett Team, Brooks specializes in third party brokerage, investment advisory services and real estate syndication. He has particularly strong negotiation skills and has negotiated multi-million dollar transactions. Brooks delivers a high level of customer service. He can quickly pinpoint the key people necessary to move a real estate process forward and is able to effectively bring all the pieces together to complete deals.
