ABOUT RUTH: I obtained my Arizona real estate license in 1986 and have worked full time throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area. My favorite aspects of my business are working with corporate transferees, home buyers, and contract negotiation. I am one of the few agents in Arizona that has the MASTER CERTIFIED NEGOTIATION EXPERT designation.
Throughout my career, I have serviced the entire Phoenix Metropolitan area. My preferred areas of service are Anthem; north and northwest valley, including Glendale, Peoria, and Sun City areas; east and northeast valley, including Scottsdale and Cave Creek; and the central and downtown Phoenix areas.
I am one of the few agents proud to hold the MASTER CERTIFIED NEGOTIATION EXPERT (MCNE) designation. I specialize in contract negotiation and knowledge, and have negotiated tens of thousands of contracts in my career. In addition, I hold the CERTIFIED DESTRESSED PROPERTY EXPERT (CDPE) designation, and I have negotiated and closed thousands of REO properties, negotiating up to 40+ multiple offers on one property at a time.
My passion is working with corporate transferees, in home finding and home sale. Working with a buyer relocating to the Phoenix area, with accute attention to the stress involved with job change, family relocation, and unfamiliar surroundings. Every sale feels like my first. I am so grateful that I have the opportunity to help people. I love what I do!
