Pam Ransone

Hi there,

Let me introduce myself.  I was born in Orlando and raised in the Windermere/Winter Garden area. I was taught to know the value of commitment, initiative, hard work and drive to succeed. I have lived in College Park for 30 years since graduating from The University of Florida.  Go Gators!  I earned a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and hold a license in the state of Florida. I’ve enjoyed working in the architectural field, from owning my own firm to working for others. I’ve been married for 29 years and have a 21-year-old son who is a Junior at my alma Mater and currently studying abroad in China.

We share our home with 2 fierce terriers who enjoy guarding our home against the occasional lizard or two.

Being a long-time homeowner as well as working in the design field gives me a keen eye for attention to detail, as well as communication and follow through. I’ll be able to creatively assist you in imagining the potential in any home you choose and negotiate the best deal OR help you sell quickly and for the best price.  Depending on whether you are selling or looking to buy your first home, investment property, dream home or downsizing, I would love to put my expertise to work in helping you find just the right fit.

In my spare time, I enjoy crafts, reading, traveling and spending time with my friends and family by the water.
