Michael John Konstantinidis

Born and raised in the small, historic town of Arcadia, Florida, I have lived most of my life in Southwest Florida and currently reside in Sarasota County. I am truly a Florida native.  I am accustomed to the blazing summers and mild winter months that attract tourists seeking the beautiful beaches and climate that Florida has to offer. I have also had the opportunity to explore this popular state from the east coast to the west, from the Panhandle to Key West and I understand that there is more to Florida’s allure than just the weather. It is one of the most culturally diverse states in the nation, rich in the contributions of many ethnicities.  So, if you are interested in making Florida your home, you will discover more than just top ranked beaches, spectacular restaurants, festivals, social events and adventures to fill your calendar.

For most of my youth if I wasn’t at school, I was at my family’s restaurant doing my homework, helping my parents, or working side by side with my siblings, bussing tables, washing dishes, cooking and serving.  My mother and father taught me many things just from watching them in action, including the importance of good work ethic.

After college I moved to the small town of Delaware, Ohio where I managed a restaurant for three years, but soon realized that I missed my home in Florida and made my way back.  I have continued managing various restaurants; it’s a great way to meet people, learn about different personalities and give good customer service. I obtained my real estate license because I felt the need to expand my knowledge and business skills. I realized also that those same skills I have mastered over the years of ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for my customers are the same ones that make the process of buying a new home a comfortable experience for my clients.  In my spare time I love to be outdoors whether at the beach, on the river, boating/fishing, or hiking in the woods.  I collect sharks teeth and hope to one day find a fossilized Megladon tooth.  Let me show you the Florida that I love.
