Jan Ross

Jan has been selling real estate in Paradise Valley,Scottsdale, Phoenix since 1976, and has proven herself to beone of the leaders in the industry.  A founding member and past chair of the now 700+ member Paradise Valley Luxury Home Tour, and has served as a board member since itsinception. She is a founding and charter member of Realty Executives Premier Marketing Group, and served on both the grievance and professional standards committees of the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors.  Her greatest strength is working with clients to put together the pieces of the puzzle with her superior market knowledge in order to help her clients achieve their goals. She is an expert in the Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, The Arizona Biltmore, North Central, Phoenix Country Club and the historic areas.  Jan knows how to listen to her clients’ needs and negotiates every transaction with a win/win outcome in mind. Communication with both buyer and sellers ensures that they are up to date on market/transaction activity.  She is well known for accurate pricing, accurate representation of details and the fact that she is approachable, helpful and makes transactions easy.  Her real estate credentials include the Associate Broker License and the ABR, CRS and GRI designations from the National Association of Realtors.  She is married to Thomas H. Ross, M. D., a native of Phoenix and retired surgeon.  Between them they have six grown children and five grandchildren. Her interests include family, a strenuous daily workout routine, travel, gourmet cooking, politics, bridge and

church life.  A native of Reno, Nevada and a graduate of the University of Nevada, Jan initially came to the Phoenix area to teach French at Alhambra High School in Phoenix and subsequently received a Master of Arts degree in French from Arizona State University. As a youth in Reno, she was an avid ski racer and participated in the Reno High School and the University of Nevada Ski Teams along with the City of Reno’s Far West Ski Association Ski Association Ski Team. Her love of skiing led her to spend her entire junior year of college at the University of Geneva in Geneva where she experienced numerous ski weekends in both France and Switzerland. After meeting her husband Tom, they

participated in Far West Ski Association trips to both Austria and France along with western ski areas.
