My mother would often say “Patience is a virtue” and luckily for us we found a realtor who possessed that quality. It took us close to a year of viewing many many homes before we found a home that would suit our needs. Living some distance from North Bay we often would call Jacqueline last minute saying we would be in town in 2 or 3 days and could she arrange viewings for certain homes for us – she was always able to arrange this for us.
