I have been a Realtor at Realty Executives since January 1999 (licensed since 1995) and specialize in helping clients make an informed decision regarding the sale or purchase of real estate for primary use or as investments. I work primarily by referral and in doing so I can spend my time, energy, and marketing budget helping my clients instead of prospecting for new business. Because of my engineering background I use technology both to aid my clients in finding properties and to help them in the marketing process. I am well versed in all the paperwork that is used in our industry and am an Arizona Dept. of Real Estate accredited instructor in both the purchase contract and listing contract. I am also a mentor and agent adviser to many new and existing agents both at Realty Executives and other companies around the valley.
My goal is to provide an uncompromising level of information and service to those individuals who want to make intelligent real estate decisions.

My specialties are in contract law and negotiations and business planning for individuals seeking to purchase investment properties in addition, I am a Real Estate Special Commissioner with the Family Court of the Superior Court of Maricopa County.
