I am originally from Israel and relocated to Clearwater in 1995. In Israel, I enjoyed a successful career as a fashion designer for 15 years. With a background in design, I was drawn to architecture, which led me to collaborate with my husband, a real estate developer with over 25 years of experience, on various projects in the Clearwater area as a consultant and advisor.

During this time, I developed an entire line of contemporary art primarily intended for large lobbies and hotels. Traveling extensively worldwide, including visits to Japan, Taiwan, Turkey, Israel, France, Italy, Germany, and England, provided me with a fresh perspective on design, construction, and art.

While deeply involved in the design aspect of these projects, I gradually became more interested in the business side of real estate. Eventually, I made the decision to transition into a real estate professional role. Over the past decade, I have predominantly focused on Commercial Real Estate along with several Residential Ventures as well.

I have specialized in Income Properties for Investors and Foreign Clients, always aiming to achieve the highest return on investment for them. Recently, I have expanded my expertise into the Residential Seller/Buyer Market, specializing in the local area. I am confident that I can provide excellent service to this segment of clients for optimal results.

Since 2018, I have successfully sold both Commercial and Residential Properties totaling $40,000,000 to numerous satisfied customers. My ultimate goal is to assist my clients in realizing their dreams and objectives in selling and purchasing real estate, ensuring their utmost satisfaction and happiness throughout the process.
