I am a homeowner myself plus my husband and I invest in real estate by flipping homes, buying and selling rental properties, and buying vacation properties so I understand the differences these types of purchases and sales require.

First time buyers are my passion as I love to help teach those buyers how to get their first home. But I truly love all aspects of real estate!
