As an avid real estate investor herself with over 3 years in an administrative capacity ending as Vice President of Realty Executives Tucson Elite and fifteen years having served as a senior associate and owner of her own mortgage brokerage, she is well versed in all aspects of the transaction in real estate. She attributes her success to hard work, building relationships and never forgetting the basics. As a graduate of Canyon Del Oro High School right here in Tucson, Tina isn't the typical real estate agent. In fact, she is a whole lot more than you bargained for; she is a "hands-on" agent who is extremely dedicated to her profession as well as her family. Tina recently stepped away from her administrative capacity at Realty Executives Tucson Elite to work with her son, Jacob Van Camp, a Realtor himself.

She believes that the complicated aspect of the business is breaking the stereotypes. "The most difficult challenge is trying to separate yourself from being the 'salesman' in the business," she says. Call it 'old fashioned' thinking, but it's not about how may houses we close a year, it's about the 'quality of the service we provide, that will keep us going." To Tina, you are not just a number! Quality standards are part of my foundation; building a better Tucson is another, she stresses. My success and part of Tucson's success is reliant upon solid relationships. Tucson, like any other city growing as fast and has many challenges to face..."one of those challenges is to find someone to work within the real estate industry that looks at the transaction as if it were their own," she says. If it were not something she would do, then she would not represent it. Time after time, she will always choose quality over quantity.
