Pricing your home properly from the beginning increases the likelihood it will sell quickly, and for the best possible price. There are four reasons you must price your home correctly the day you put it on the market.

 

Inconvenience

The longer a house sits on the market, the more frustrating it can be for the seller. Imagine having buyers and real estate agents coming in and out of your home for months, plus keeping it in "show condition" all the time?

 

Competition

Make sure your property is competitively priced. Most buyers use real estate agents, which means they are using current market conditions.
