We have worked with Kristina between early May 2018 throughout the latter part of October 2018. Our goal was to secure a mobile home in Ventura County and then concurrently place our home in Canyon Country, CA on the market. Kristina was very knowledgeable about staging our home for photography at her expense and at the end result, with a great deal of Kristina's advice and actual help was a great and very professional presentation of our home. She never shied away from physical efforts like cleaning a front door to shine! Aside from her professional knowledge and experience with the necessary paperwork, she was also very optimistic when we did not get a buyer right away. She also acted as our advisor on finding a suitable mobile home in Ventura allowing us to make a rather seamless transition between homes. I have worked with a number of Realtors in different parts of the country and I have never encountered a more dedicated Realtor than Kristina. I can highly recommend her!
