Katie was given an uphill task with my house rental and she showed amazing skills. There were upgrades needed, I live in another state and the house wasn't really looking up to par...yet she was still able to get the best people to see how it would end up when the upgrades were finished and we had multiple offers. The people that rented the house are a wonderful family. She found just the right match! She knew exactly what the market price for the area was. How to market the house. She did several open houses, listed it on several sites...Katie works hard. The house was rented in just about 30 days. When it was over she gave me the most organized folder I have ever received with the rental papers, pictures and other documents. She is very organized. Great job Katie! Katie far exceeded my expectations! It was a frustratingly competitive market for buyers in the fall of '17 and I had already lost on offers for several other houses working with a different agent. Then I decided to go with Katie and she knew how to make things happen and I got my offer accepted. She was incredibly responsive by phone, text, and email, and she always informed me immediately of any new developments. We closed in 30 days and I couldn't be happier with Katie's performance and the whole process.
