I started my real estate career in 1989 in Sacramento, Ca. I worked all over the Sacramento Valley for about 13 years and was successful right out of the gate. I had no fear and loved what I was accomplishing in such a short time.
In around 1995, I started coaching with Brian Buffini Real Estate Coaching Company. What an amazing experience that was and still continues to be, learning better systems of how to build relationships and helping people buy and sell real estate. What they taught was what I was already doing in my business but to have them reaffirm what I was doing was a good thing, was such a great help. They taught me ways to stay in touch regularly and why it was so important to do so. During trainings and conferences, it was amazing being around people that cared about their clients and business in the same way I did. We were agents that were focused on relationships and helping, rather than push people and never stay in touch with them after they closed on their new home.
That is the way I have always run my business and will always do so in that manner. I truly care about my clients and past clients and I share in their excitement when they are buying and selling real estate. It truly is an honor to be chosen to be anyone's Realtor, as there are many choices out there. Like I have always taught my children, it is so important to always go above and beyond in any task that you do, especially when helping others, and I always do my best to do just that.
One of my passions is to help others through volunteering. I have worked with Samaritans Purse and on my own with the recovery of the Carr Fire and the Camp Fire in California. I raised over $7000.00 for the fire survivors and spent weeks driving back and forth between Moses Lake and Northern California to help with several fund raisers and events after the fires took place. I spent two weeks helping homeowners sift through the ash of their burned down homes, looking for treasures that may have made it through the fire. I have also volunteered locally with several organizations with donating time and money during events and festivals. Starting in January 2019, I made a committment to donate a portion of my earnings to the local Animal Shelter or another local Charity of my Clients Choice, on behalf of my clients In 2019 I donated $2000.00 to the Grant County Animal Rescue and I will be doing another large donation in 2020.
I want my kids to be proud of me and to be able to tell my grandkids after I am gone, that I did good things for others. I want that legacy to live on and I hope that my decendants will do the same.
I serve the entire Columbia Basin. From Moses Lake to Soap Lake, Coulee, Ritzville, Quincy, and all other surrounding areas.
I specialize in Residential Sales helping people buy and sell homes. I have also worked in multi family properties from duplexes up to 25 unit apartment buildings and have done a lot of land transactions. Being a listing agent on two subdivisions has been very educational and rewarding as well being able to help buyers with custom new construction. Studies include Interior Design and Architecture as well.
