Pulmonary Fibrosis (PF) is a deadly and complex disease that causes progressive scarring in the lungs. PF affects over 200,000 Americans annually and 50,000 people will be diagnosed this year alone. We are proud to join Team Irene to bring awareness to this deadly disease and to help lead the way toward a world without it. |

On Saturday, October 7, 2023 at the National Harbor, Team Irene walked for the fifth consecutive year. With 85 participants and 5k walked, we are approaching $8,000 raised bringing our five-year total close to $40,000. Team Irene ranked third in the DC teams for fundraising!

2022 |

On Saturday, October 8, 2022 at the National Harbor, Team Irene walked for the fourth consecutive year. With 65 plus participants and 5k walked, we raised over $10,000 bringing our four-year total to $30,560. Team Irene ranked fourth in the DC teams for fundraising!

2021 |

On Saturday, October 2, 2021 at the Matthew Henson Trail, Team Irene walked for the third consecutive year. With 50 plus participants and 2 miles walked, we reached 108% of our goal raising over $8,100 bringing our three-year total to $20,534. |
2020 |
|
The previous year, we registered for the DC Walk scheduled for October 10, 2020. Due to the pandemic, the event was not held as planned, so Team Irene walked 2.5 miles of the Matthew Henson Trail in Silver Spring on Saturday, October 10, 2020 – socially distanced and with our masks. |

Our 2020 Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation (PFF) goal was to raise at least $5,000 to help fund the crucial research and programs needed to support PF patients, along with their caregivers and loved ones. |
|
With the support of our Executives, clients, customers, family and friends, Realty Executives Premier and Team Irene generated over $5,200 in donations. |
2019 |
|
In 2019, we participated in our first Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation’s (PFF) Walk at the National Harbor… and what a day it was!! Team Irene raised over $7,000 for this wonderful cause – 143% of our $5,000 goal. And, we came in third place for overall fundraising for the event, which brought in over $128,000 for the cause!
