About the Marty Lyons Foundation...
Within one week in March 1982, Marty Lyons, a defensive lineman for the New York Jets for 12 years, was faced with three life-altering challenges: as a son – the death of his father; as a Big Brother – the loss of Keith to leukemia and as a father – the birth of his first son.
With the encouragement and support of family and friends, in December of 1982 Marty established a foundation dedicated to granting wishes to children (ages 3 to 17) with life-threatening or terminal illnesses. The philosophy behind his mission was that by promoting hope and inspiration in sick children, they will find the courage and the strength to fight their illness. What was perceived as impossible could become possible.
In 39 years, the Marty Lyons Foundation has granted over 8,000 wishes through their wish programs, and are unique in that they will consider a second wish for children who are experiencing further complications due to their illnesses. The MLF is proud to have 10 chapters covering 13 states.

Pulmonary Fibrosis (PF) is a deadly and complex disease that causes progressive scarring in the lungs. PF affects over 200,000 Americans annually and 50,000 people will be diagnosed this year alone. We are proud to join Team Irene to bring awareness to this deadly disease and to help lead the way toward a world without it.
Our 2020 Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation (PFF) goal was to raise at least $5,000 to help fund the crucial research and programs needed to support PF patients, along with their caregivers and loved ones.
With the support of our Executives, clients, customers, family and friends, Realty Executives Premier and Team Irene generated over $5,200 in donations this year, bringing our two-year PFF donation total close to $12,500. Thank you all for helping Team Irene make a difference in the lives of individuals suffering from PF!
While there is still significant work to be done, progress in the fight against Pulmonary Fibrosis is being made. Your generosity allows the PFF to expand essential efforts for the PF community.
