Chandler is a prominent suburb of Phoenix, Arizona.  Filled with culture, plenty of parks, festivals and downtown activities, individuals and families will have tons to do.  Things to do in Chandler…. 

Chandler Fashion Center – This upscale mall is the second largest mall in the Phoenix area.  Store such as Apple, Dillard’s and Nordstrom fill this mall as well as various restaurants.  Kids will enjoy the play area and splash pad. 

Koli Equestrian Center (Wild Horse Pass) – Offering horseback riding for individuals and families from novice to experienced riders.  All trails are designed as walking rides but there are optional trails for those with a greater skill level. 

Ocotillo Golf Club –  A gorgeous golf destination in the Valley, this golf course is located minutes from the Phoenix Airport and includes 27 holes.

Wild Horse Pass Motorsports Park – 600 acre multi-use facility which includes four race tracks, drag strip, multiple styled road courses and an oval motorboat racing lake.

Downtown Chandler – An exciting community with a host of restaurants, shops and events throughout the year such as the Chandler Jazz Festival, Chandler Farmers Market and Ostrich Festival.


Local Parks

Tumbleweed Park – plenty of large covered pavilions, a 2.5 acre playground structure, and areas to BBQ.

Desert Breeze Park – This park is equipped with a splash pad, courts, fields and a playground.

Veterans Oasis Park – Nice large park with plenty of trails for running, walking and biking.  Residents can relax by the pond, fish and enjoy gatherings at the many picnic areas. 



Most of Chandler is served educationally by the Chandler Unified School District (CUSD) which is located at 1575 West Frye Road.  CUSD consist of 31 elementary, ten middle and six high schools in addition to three alternative schools.  Please click here for more information about CUSD.

Chandler students located west of Loop 101 are served by Kyrene Elementary School District and Tempe Union High School.
