(I cannot overemphasize Marie and Jan’s value to me in this area).

BROAD BASED EXPOSURE of your home with all of the available home buyers portals which includes impactful internet & smartphone sites, open houses with successful brokers in your home’s market area, frequent & convenient traditional open houses, and a robust rolodex full of additional sources that can help locate potential buyers.   (On my listing Marie and Jan had numerous broker open houses and 20+ traditional open houses.  My buyer’s exposure to my house included the impactful pictures listed on the internet as well as attending several of the traditional open houses).

A successful marketing effort requires the COST EFFECTIVE Management of the many requirements (repairs, interior and exterior staging expenses, landscape enhancement, painting, etc.) that are necessary to have your home brought up to its current market potential.  (Marie and Jan’s advice in these areas was not only spot on but her rolodex of recommend vendors in all cases did quality work at reasonable costs).

NEGOTIATING skills.

Marie’s seasoned negotiating skills RESULTED IN THE ACTUAL SELLING PRICE OF MY HOUSE NETTING ME AN ADDITIONAL $32,000 ABOVE MY BUYERS FIRST OFFER.  Keeping my buyer connected during these price negotiations required much skill & experience of which Marie clearly demonstrated… and to repeat allowed me to net an additional $32,000.
