Living in Wheaton, IL: Lifestyle and home buying

Wheaton has changed so much over the past few decades! Home prices and rents have substantially increased, housing developments have skyrocketed, and more businesses have emerged! This tight-knit family-friendly community has so much to offer! It has a charming downtown, excellent location close to highways and public transportation, an abundance of parks and recreational areas, and a wonderful school system.  I have seen this town grow over the past 20+ years as a resident, and truly feel it is one of the BEST Chicago suburbs out there! It has won several awards for being such a lovely place to live! Wheaton has a lot to offer its residents, and there is still room to grow! I look forward to what the future holds for this beautiful community.

If you are interested in buying or renting in a specific community, you will want to see a list of the current comps in that immediate area. Please do not trust automated online values (like Zillow) especially when it comes to different neighborhoods in which pricing varies. You need someone who has access to all the closed records of sales and who is actively working in the current sales market.
