I love the real estate profession. I enjoy working with people and helping them achieve their goals. Whether it's a first time home buyer, a growing family that needs a bigger house, circumstances that require the sale of your home or the need to "downsize" to a home that requires less upkeep and maintenance or perhaps the need for a 1st floor master bedroom. Based on my experience of buying, selling and managing rental homes over a 40 year period - I know what to look for when you are buying (investment potential) so that you can build equity in this investment & selling ( pricing your property competitively) so that it sells within a reasonable amount of time. My strong bias is to treat your home as an investment - and to make it work for you - maintaining it and making upgrades that make economic sense. I currently own 6 homes (primary residence, 4 rental properties and a second home). I am a Realtor that has invested in real estate and this has served my family and I very well. I am a graduate of Wheaton College and have lived in Wheaton (Farnham) for the past 27 years. I am the proud parent of 4 adult children, married for 39 years to my best friend, Alia and have been blessed, so far, with 6 grandchildren. My 10 year old grandson, Jonah, is quite an artist and I asked him to draw a "flattering" caricature of me ... this is it !

I have expertise in both residential and commercial real estate. I also have expertise in managing investment properties - having done this for more than 20 years. I enjoy working with first time home buyers to find properties with have upside equity potential. I also enjoy working with folks that are looking to sell their home and will make recommendations on what cost effective improvements can be made to maximize the sales price. I like to go "Above & Beyond" for my clients in a variety of ways; fixing things, moving things and helping them haul things with my 1998 Ford F-150 pick-up truck, affectionately known as, "Willie".
