Deana Schmidt

A lifelong native of Ozaukee County, I’m proud to call this community home. Having grown up in Cedarburg and moved to Grafton over two decades ago, Ozaukee County has not only been my playground, but the place I’ve raised my family.

 I began my journey in the real estate industry as an appraiser, in 2003.  Not only did I fall in love with the housing industry, but also “serving” people. I’m extremely passionate about helping people achieve their dream of home ownership. Having assisted over 7,000 customers in the purchase or refinancing of a home, nothing gives me more satisfaction than being able to play a role in that process.  I have serviced a 5-county area for over a decade and am knowledgeable in the surrounding areas, including home values and housing trends.  After spending over a decade specializing in the valuation of homes, it was a natural progression to obtain my license and become a Realtor.

 In my downtime, I love taking walks in area parks, along Lake Michigan and even exploring my own neighborhood.  You will often find me on one of the county golf courses, as golf is another passion of mine.  I love what this area has to offer, the lasting friendships I have made and the community that has really become an extended family.
