Cheryl was not my realtor in the purchase as I did not know her then, but I wish she had been! She put me on an email list, sending me a monthly newsletter regarding the community, with properties for sale, sales pending, sales closed, information about the community, and recipes. Every month I could pull this newsletter up and see how my property was doing. When the housing market plummeted and I decided to sell, I went to Cheryl first.
