I have lived and worked in the Flagler County, Bunnell, Palm Coast and Flagler Beach area for 35 years, a claim not many local realtors can make. Originally from Middlesex County, New Jersey, I relocated to Palm Coast in 1980 and in 1982, I became a Law Enforcement Officer with the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office. I transferred to the Daytona Beach Police Department in 1987 where, I retired in 2010. I have been active realtor since 2002 and joined Realty Executives Oceanside, Flagler Beach in August 2014. 

I have combined my knowledge and love for Flagler County with Owner/Broker, Bruce Vinnick, one of the area’s most reputable and well known Real Estate Brokers. It is hard for some to understand that Law Enforcement is much like real estate in the sense that both are customer service oriented and require the utmost of care and understanding. My belief is “no one really cares how much you know until; you show them how much you care.”
