Realty Executives of Flagstaff
We are located in Flagstaff's Historic Downtown District, at the corner of Cherry and San Francisco just west of the County Courthouse. Our 'home' is the "Professional Buiding" which was built around 1892 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1986. Originally, the Professional Building was the parsonage to the Presbyterian church that was in the lot south of what is now our parking lot. The church was physically moved several blocks to 319 S. San Francisco Street in the 1970s and can still be seen there today. After serving as the parsonage, our building was used as an apartment complex as well as law offices while under the ownership of Charles B Wilson, the Dean of Attorneys. Today, it is owned by the McCormick Family and is home to Realty Executives of Flagstaff, the longest-running real estate brokerage in the city (1977) and also the very first franchise issued by Realty Executives International whose corporate headquarters is based in Phoenix, AZ.
Being right next to the Flagstaff parade route on San Francisco Street, our parking lot is host to two, massive client-appreciation events each year! Just as the weather is getting perfect, we have our 4th of July Pancake Breakfast and parade. Bring your appetite as our agents will be flipping hundreds of pancakes and other breakfast favorites while you enjoy the 4th of July parade! We also celebrate the annual Holiday Lights Parade by baking all of your favorite holiday cookies and confections. Sip hot cocoa or apple cider while you and your loved ones enjoy the parade next to the warmth of the several fire pits that we set up.
From Route 66/Santa Fe, head North on San Francisco St. Turn Left on Cherry Ave and immediately turn left into our parking lot.
