Kim Elton

Kim Elton, of Realty Executives Cooper Spransy, has been a real estate professional since 2013 after moving back to Wisconsin from Florida and resuming her license from 1994.  She  specializes as a listing agent & loves to help buyers find their perfect home as well. As a native of Madison, she has a vast knowledge of the areas she serves that includes Sun Prairie, Madison, Middleton, Waunakee, Deerfield, Cottage Grove,  and Madison’s surrounding communities.

As an owner of a property investment company, she would list with Realty Executives agents which ultimately lead her to joining the Cooper Spransy family.

As a real estate professional, she believes it is imperative to be genuine and honest to help clients have the most satisfactory experience. Her proficiency in home staging coupled with professional photography is what separates her from other agents.  Due to working proficiantly many years with builders and developers she believes she is the perfect liaison between clients and home builders/developers.

Elton says the best compliment she can receive is when a client is satisfied enough with her work that they are willing to recommend her to others as well as a client reaching back out when they are ready to make a move.

When she isn’t perfecting her craft, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband Len and rescue dog Benny, vistiting her kids Kanyon in Chicago and Marlee in Eau Claire,  she also enjoys  biking  the  Madison trails with father & friends & taking classes at the local gym.  Kim  is always  an advocate for giving back to the community she lives in. As well as she loves to volunteer as an usher at the performing arts center for the local high school.
