She has been a licensed Texas realtor since 2006 and joined Realty Executives franchise as a licensed Broker and owner in 2008. Doris' real estate experience includes brokerage, management, commercial, residential, farm & ranch, new construction transactions and relocation services. Doris lists and sells mainly commercial properties, residential properties, REO properties, Multi-Family properties, and manages the day-to-day operations and closings of all Executives/Realtors under her brokerage in Eagle Pass and Del Rio branch. Doris is a 30 year resident of Eagle Pass, TX. Born in Piedras Negras, Coahuila México, Doris grew up on the Piedras Negras/Eagle Pass border and Del Rio. Doris attended Eagle Pass High School, Universidad Autonoma del Noreste, Sul Ross State University and Texas A&M Commerce, and holds a Bachelor's of Science in Management Industrial Engineering/Minor in Business; Secondary Mathematics and Secondary Spanish Teaching Certifications, Texas Broker License, RSD-REO Specialist Designation & CDPD- Certified Distressed Property Designation and SRS - Seller's Representative Specialist Designation & Accredited Buyer's Representative Designation, Recently appointed by US Government Department of Housing and Urban Development as a HUD Listing broker in 6 Counties in South Texas, including Maverick and Val Verde.

Armando Sánchez is also a licensed Texas real estate agent and brings over 25 years of accounting and financing experience to the Realty Executives of Eagle Pass team. As an owner and finance director, Armando manages all accounting and financing reporting, budgeting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, property management accounting, REO accounting and other investment projects financials and accounting. Armando has several years of experience in the real estate industry and understands the unique needs of real estate accounting matters. His attention to detail, efficiency and focus on customer service work together to make every interaction with our Executives a positive one. Armando overlooks Executives, employee relations and facilities matters, in addition to assisting with day to day operations. This includs leadership roles with a focus on finding tools, technology, trainings and programs to best serve Executives and clients. Mr. Sánchez also oversees the affiliate company holdings, list Commercial, Farm & Ranch, Industrial Properties and takes care of many other associated services for the Realty Executives of Eagle Pass Agency. Armando holds a Bachelor's degree in Business with concentration in Accounting. He attended Universidad Autonoma del Noreste and Sul Ross State University.
