Carlos Marte grew up in the Dominican Republic. His family moved to Manhattan and then to Fort Lee, where he attended high school.
Growing up, his family was involved in Real Estate. Carlos loved to see his family make real estate dreams come true. He always knew he wanted to get involved in the business.
Carlos studied architecture at the New York Institute of Technology. He knew that this degree would be instrumental in all aspects of real estate.
He worked as a project manager for large construction jobs in New York City.
Carlos moved to Ridgefield, New Jersey. He worked as a project and property manager for the Dover Realty Executives office. He was responsible for the budgets, appraisals, banking, property upkeep, and other aspects needed a to handle properties.
He has in depth knowledge of North Jersey, with a focus in Morris, Essex, and Bergen Counties.
When he is not busy, Carlos enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling to see the architectural structures around the world.
