Rafaelina brings 15+ years as a successful risk compliance professional on Wall Street. She specialized in asset management, including residential and commercial real estate. She also has extensive paralegal experience handling real estate transactions. Rafaelina handled mid to large scale commercial real estate closings as well as retail mortgage matters.

Rafaelina prides herself in helping her clients navigate every aspect of the process. She is well versed in marketing, due diligence, contract preparation and negotiations, real estate finance (i.e. mortgages and leasing), valuation, insurance, and the intricate workings of municipalities.
