Mona was born in Madrid, Spain and spent her formative years in Bangkok, Thailand. Her family of 5 traveled around the world in 60 days with 2 trunks! She brings her extensive cultural experience as well as over 15 years as a Sales Manager for the top Hotel brands that include Ritz Carlton, Marriott and Starwood.
Mona and husband, Lewis, relocated to Tucson in 2013 with two children attending the University of Arizona (Go Wildcats!), and they made Tucson their forever home.
As a professional actress and writer, she starred in the movie Million Dollar Mystery which filmed all over Arizona, and so began her love affair with the awesome people and the beauty of the desert.
