Hello, I am Diane Neslund, an Arizona native and lifetime resident of Scottsdale. I started my career 28 years ago with my family’s luxury home building company, real estate and interior design businesses.

I am a very progressive, innovative and passionate real estate agent. I take pride in offering unparalleled personal attention to my clients’ and the listing, marketing and selling of their properties. I develop a unique marketing strategy for each home, capitalizing on all platforms from digital media to hard copy print. I also provide my clients with the best photography in the industry which showcases my clients’ homes flawlessly.

I provide best-in-class luxury real estate services, uniquely paired with my professional in-house interior design services that include: Interior re-design, cosmetic upgrades, remodeling, and luxury staging. All furnishing and accessories are hand-selected from my designer showroom to accentuate the best features of your home, no matter what the style may be. 

I know exactly what is needed, make recommendations pertaining and follow-through as to what exactly needs to be done to the home (including luxury home staging with hand-selected items from my retail, interior design showroom) and deliver everything that is necessary to bring my sellers and investors top market price for their properties with the least amount of time on the market.

In my free time I enjoy cooking, entertaining friends at home and spending time with my children, family and my beloved long-haired dachshund, “Honey” and new puppy "Ginger".
