I was 4 years old the first time my family stayed in the Valley. My mother had 2 sisters here. My family came to stay when I was in elementary school and I graduated from Maryvale High School. I earned Bachelors and Masters degrees from ASU, cum laude.
A townhouse in Tempe was my first purchase when I began teaching in the East Valley. My "side and summer" job was buying, remodeling, renting and selling homes for myself. I did everything from minor repairs to complete remodels.
A custom, energy efficient, home in the Northeast Valley has been my home for many years.
When I left teaching, I had time to help others buy and sell homes. It was the logical next step. I enjoy it very much.
Between family, friends and my own experiences I know the Valley very well. My work in the schools included 10 years in Professional Development - specifically, interpreting and applying data on student achievment. Analyzing data is one of my skills that helps my clients achieve their goals.
