Rosa had a lot of real estate/market knowledge & energy & is passionate about real estate. She had very good ideas for staging the home to look more attractive to buyers. Rosa is the best! She really went all out for me. When I was looking for an apartment to rent in Chicago Rosa helped me find and successfully make an offer on a great place. Then when I was looking to buy my first home a few years later I went back to Rosa. She helped me find condos in my price range with the amenities I was looking for and even went with me to see several of the places. She was also at my closing to make sure everything went smoothly. On a personal note, I knew Rosa personally before I even looked for the apartment. I would not be able to say enough good things about her or recommend her more. She's great!

Rosa Andersen was our neighbor, agent and is our friend. In January of 2013 we decided to list our home in Darien with her in the hopes of moving to a larger home in a nearby community.
