Executive Spotlight-Adam Poehlman

Since starting Real Estate in 2001, Adam Poehlman has found his career decision to be the perfect one. “I LOVE going to work!”; Poehlman continues, “My Buyers have always appreciated my low pressure, honest approach. My Sellers know that I really work hard to achieve results with their home.” Licensed out of our Cedarburg office, Adam has been the Designated Realtor there since the office opened in 2014. A constant pillar of support and sounding board for his colleges, Adam has a wealth of real estate knowledge that his clients benefit from. 

When looking over his 15+ year real estate career, Adam credits Realty Executives Integrity for pushing him further in his business. “My goals have really changed since I joined Realty Executives Integrity. I feel confidence in myself. My business, and my abilities have grown ten-fold since I took control. Every year my goal is to increase profitability as I grow a strong and secure business, and so far, so good, on that one.” He credits that success with the support he feels and from the caliber of agents he is surrounded by. Poehlman says “I now have a higher sense of self appreciation. I don’t feel like a number here, and I know that if I need support or have a concern about something, that I will be heard. That is truly amazing to me. Looking back, my only regret is not making the move sooner.”
