Its rare you find an agent as good and as diligent as you are with these short sales.  All the more to your credit how hard you work even for such a small one... I have to say I respect and appreciate your work ethics."  I think this describes me pretty well, it is not often we get praise from our competitors!

 

 

I may be one person but I have an entire team to assist me, I can not be an expert in everything but I surround myself with professionals that are at my side, thanks to our staff at Realty Executives who are knowledgeable about changing technology to strategies with an advertisement, all bases are covered.  I decided to become a Realtor after buying and selling home on my own, my first at age 18.  I have been a full-time Broker/Associate for over 30 years and continue to learn each day!  Times are always changing and RE is no different, I have achieved certificates in short sales, foreclosures and estate sales which is essential in our changing market.  Ethics is the basis of all relationships and I pride myself in conducting my business in a professional manner.  I have roots in my community, serving on the local Board of Education for 9 years as my son worked his way through the school district.  We are extremely proud as he serves in our Military as a Navy Diver, it is my pleasure to assist our veterans in achieving the "American Dream" by owning a home.  My husband enhances my knowledge as he is a local licensed engineer who also keeps me updated with constant changes with septic and development changes.

As in my work, my free time is discovering hiking trails in Sussex County, at work, I pride myself with knowing every road, off work my furry friend (Kody) and I try to discover the many trails we have in this beautiful county!

I may be considered a workaholic but I prefer to label myself as tenacious, call me so we can meet, you will benefit from my knowledge and patience in understanding your needs as we navigate through this process together.

I not only work but enjoy my career, assisting buyers and sellers in this challenging market may be difficult but it is also rewarding!  Working with short sales, foreclosures, HUD homes, Freddie and Fannie Mac banks and many other online banks.  I am a dedicated professional and it is not the money that motivates me but the accomplishment!  I know my market, study it daily and I am there for my clients, I am not saying that every transaction goes smoothly, there are definitely bumps in the road, but having the knowledge and experience to drive around them makes for a better journey.  Call me, I will be there for you!
